The IEMA Annual Dinner will be held on the evening of Day 1 of the IEMA Conference. This will be held at the Bournemouth Pavillion and will consist of a drinks reception, a three-course dinner, award ceremony and after-dinner speaker. The highlights of the evening will be the BSI British Standards 14001 Awards 2008 and the after dinner speech by Dr Iain Stewart from the BBC series 'journeys from the centre of the earth'.
BSI British Standards, with the support of the IEMA, is recognising organisations that have explored the full potential of ISO 14001. The awards are split into four categories: SME, Large Organisation, Public Sector Organisation, and an award presented to a fourth organisation, based on the applications for these three categories, for the most innovative use of ISO 14001.

The Annual Dinner provides delegates, speakers and exhibitors with the opportunity to network in a relaxed atmosphere as well as a chance to reflect on the events of the day. there is an opportunity to discuss future projects, meet new contacts and exchange information.
All delegates that book onto the IEMA Conference will automatically receive a complimentary ticket to the Annual Dinner.
Tables at the annual dinner are available for organisations to book for their staff, clients and associates. The booking price includes branding for the table along with the chance for their logo to appear on the IEMA Conference webpage. The drinks reception will begin at 7 for 7.30pm.
