Associate Membership via the Associate Entry Exam
There's now a new, faster way to become an Associate Member
IEMA Associate members are in demand. We hear from business and industry that Associate IEMA membership is the minimum level they want to see in their environment and sustainability professionals.
From our membership of 15,000 environment and sustainability professionals, over 9,000 are Associates (AIEMA), all able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and understanding.
As demands from business have changed, the number of Students, Graduates, Affiliates and non-members wishing to achieve the AIEMA suffix has steadily grown over the past decade. Current trends indicate that applications and assessments will continue to accelerate as the profession grows and the reputation of Associates spreads further.
To ensure we have the systems, standards and people in place to manage the expected rise in Associate candidates IEMA has spent the past year working to make some positive differences to the Associate programme.
